Do I need coding knowledge to embed a widget?
No. You build the widget in your dashboard, copy one script tag and paste it into your page. It works the same in Joomla, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or a plain HTML file.
Do I need an Instagram business account or API key?
No. You paste the links of the public posts you want to show, and they are embedded using Instagram's own official embed. Nothing to approve, no token that expires. The trade-off: the feed is curated by you, it does not sync automatically.
Will the widget slow my site down?
The embed script itself is small and loads asynchronously, so it never blocks your page. Third-party content (Instagram posts, map tiles) loads after your page does, and with GDPR click-to-load enabled it loads only when a visitor asks for it.
What happens when I hit the free view limit?
Your site keeps working. The widget stays on the page and shows a small upgrade notice over it, so nothing breaks for your visitors. The counter resets on the first day of each month.
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, in one click — it opens a billing portal where you can see invoices, change your card or cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
